She graduated from the Izhevsk Mechanical Institute with a degree in electronic computing machines.
She defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences at the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (LETI) on the topic of "Approximation of the Laws of Distribution of Random Variables and Processes".
In 1995, she defended her doctoral dissertation at the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (LETI) on the topic "Development of Methods and Tools for Monitoring Complex Objects in Conditions of Significant Uncertainty Based on a Regularized Bayesian Approach".
She was awarded the title of Professor by the Ministry of Education in 1998.

Professional activities

She worked as a teacher and professor at the departments of "Information and Measurement Technology" and "Environmental Engineering" at St. Petersburg State University (LETI) from 1987 to 2005.
She was the president of the interregional scientific public association "Scientists for Ecology" from 1992 to 2013.
From 2001 to 2009, she was a member of the board of directors of Rosneftegazstroy, and from 2011 to 2013 she served as deputy chairman of the management board of the same company.
Since 2001, she has been an expert with the United Nations Department of Sustainable Energy Development.
Since 2013, she has worked as a professor at the Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation.
She has actively managed scientific and technical projects in Russia and abroad since 1990 and is the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Soft Measurements and Computing.

Scientific Achievements and Specialization

She is the author of nine scientific monographs and approximately 300 articles published in Russian and international scientific journals.
She specializes in the creation of intelligent measurement systems, monitoring, auditing, management decision-making, intelligent GIS, BIG DATA, IoT, IIoT for technical and socio-economic systems in conditions of significant information uncertainty.
She has developed theories and systems for soft and cognitive measurement.
She directs a scientific school focused on Bayesian measurement, analytical, and intelligent technologies.

Awards and diplomas

In addition to her academic achievements, she has received state awards and gratitude from the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation for her contributions to the field of science.
She holds diplomas from the German certifying company TUF in the field of quality management systems ISO 9000 and "Environmental Specialist according to the ISO 14000 standard". She also has a diploma from the International School of Design, where she studied "Landscape Design".
